Series CG5/CJ5

The CG5 and CJ5 series are all stainless steel exterior actuators. They include a rubber rod wiper to keep potential contaminants from penetrating inside the cylinder.  This wiper helps increase life by up to 5x. The smooth exterior surface reduces the potential number of particle trap areas.   The CG5 Series comes with plugs for the unused mounting holes to prevent residue collecting in the threads.  Mounting brackets are Electro-polished to make them smoother, which prevents build-up of liquids and foreign matter.

Both series use grease that meets FDA standards for applications within the food industry.  Water-resistant end of stroke sensors is available for both series.

The CJ5 is the small bore version and is available in 12mm and 16mm bore sizes. The CG5 is available in bore sizes from 20mm to 100mm.
