ALD Lubrication System: A better choice for airline
lubrication
Series ALD
The ALD uses differential pressure to generate a very fine mist
of oil that will carry through over 70 meters of piping length and
5 meters in height. One ALD can provide airline
lubrication to a whole machine center or line of equipment
eliminating the need for using numerous drip style
lubricators. The fine oil mist provides a more even and
consistent supply of oil reducing the occurrences of flooding or
drying out of cylinders and valves. In the mist generating
process, only the finest particles get carried downstream and the
rest settles back in the reservoir. This greatly reduces oil
consumption. Centralized control reduces maintenance time
spent refilling lubricator bowls and allows for easier lubrication
management
