The New Standard in Pneumatic Actuators
(N)CQ2
Improving on the previous design, the new CQ2 pneumatic actuator
is available in 15 bore sizes from 12mm to 200mm. The
new CQ2 is a weight reduction of 5% to 13% over the
old design without sacrificing body strength. The new
design uses less aluminum which makes the new CQ2 more
environmentally friendly by reducing CO2 discharge by
1300 tons.
The new CQ2 is available in 6 different mounting options for
application flexibility. Position sensors can be
mounted on all four sides for easy assembly and labor
savings. The new CQ2 is easily the best choice for any
pneumatic actuator needs.
Improvement Over the Previous Design
- Works with 2 color indication position sensors for
welding or wet environments
- Position sensors will not protrude outside the profile
for ultimate space savings
- 5% to 13% reduction in overall weight
- Additional strokes are available for greater design
flexibility
- Space saving position sensors can be mounted on all 4
sides
- 42 standard options to meet any application
need
- Easily the Best Choice for Unbeatable
value
Some of Our CQ2 Options That Help You Solve Unique
Problems
|
The CQ2*S high side load option adds additional
design elements for tougher applications.
|

|
The CQ2*R water resistant actuator includes a
special rod wiper that greatly extends actuator life in wet
environments.
|
 |
|
The CQ2*P has axial porting for a very unique
solution to space problems.
|

|
The CQ2K includes a non-rotating piston rod for
anti-turn applications.
|

|
|
The CQ2-XC35 is perfect for weld environments. The
addition of a rod scraper removes weld spatter that would otherwise
contaminate the interior of the actuator.
|

|
If you need an actuator that will hold position in the event of
a loss of air, the CBQ2 contains a built-in end of
stroke locking mechanism.
