| NCQ2 With English threads and NPT ports, the NCQ2 series is a versatile cylinder well suited to a variety of applications. The short overall length, of this space saving cylinder helps to make various jigs and equipment more compact. Snap rings are used to secure the head cover, making replacement of seals possible. For maximum flexibility, you can select double-rod end, non-rotating, and single acting. With six mounting options, 10 bore sizes from 12mm to 100mm, strokes up to 300mm, and built-in auto switches, the NCQ2 cylinder can be configured to match your needs.  | NCG The NCG provides precision mounting, short overall length, and high speed. Rubber bumpers are standard and an optional adjustable air cushion is available. Nine mounting styles include basic body, foot, single clevis, front or rear flange, front or rear trunnion, nose mount, and double clevis. Bore sizes range from 3/4" to 2 1/2" and standard stroke lengths from 1" to 12". The NCG series is auto-switch capable. Non-rotating and double rod are standard options. |
 | NCM Series NCM stainless steel cylinder offers space savings, high performance, and interchangeability with other stainless steel cylinders. A wear ring extends the seal life and a bronze rod bushing is standard on all bore sizes. The NCM is available in 4 mounting styles (front nose, double end, rear pivot, and block mount) as well as double rod and spring return or spring extend models.  | CA2-Z SMC's series CA2-Z air cylinder is 15% lighter than the existing CA2 cylinder. Fine adjustment is now possible due to the increase in the air cushion adjustment range. The CA2-Z can now be ordered with rod end or pivot brackets, and mounting dimensions are the same as the existing CA2. A variety of auto switches are available for mounting, including compact switches and magnetic field resistant switches. The CA2-Z is available in 40, 50, 63, 80 and 100 bores sizes, and is RoHS compliant. |
 | CA2 Air cylinder series CA2 has been introduced with specifications and dimensions equivalent to the existing CA1 series. Several improvements have been made to the CA2 series including lateral load improvement, increase in cushioning capacity and adoption of a new cushion seal. There has been enhanced efficiency in handling for cushion valve adjustment, and weight has been reduced by 5 to 15%. Stock control of the compact auto switches is easy, since a wide variety of auto switches are available. |
 | NCA1 Series NCA1 medium duty tie rod cylinders are NFPA interchangeable, have a crimped piston rod assembly, are pre-lubricated and available in 11 mounting styles. Bore sizes range from 1.5 to 4 inches. The NCA1 expanded line of medium duty cylinders offer bore sizes ranging from 5 to 8 inches, and come standard with adjustable air cushion. |
 | CS1 Series CS1 air cylinder is SMC's largest bore cylinder. This series is available in bore sizes up to 12" and stroke lengths up to 60". Additionally, the CS1 can be ordered auto-switch capable. Other options include, large bore sizes up to 12" (300mm), various mounting configurations, cushion for noise damping. |
 | CS2 Series CS2 air cylinder is a double acting, non-lube air cylinder. Aluminum die-cast is used for both the rod and head covers, which means a maximum weight reduction of approximately 50% (basic 125mm bore, 100mm stroke). This series is available in bore sizes 125mm, 140mm and 160mm with maximum strokes up to 1600mm (depending on the mounting configuration). Air cushions are standard on both ends. Other options include auto switches, rod boots, and Rc, NPT or G thread types. |
