| NCQ2 With English threads and NPT ports, the NCQ2 series is a versatile cylinder well suited to a variety of applications. The short overall length, of this space saving cylinder helps to make various jigs and equipment more compact. Snap rings are used to secure the head cover, making replacement of seals possible. For maximum flexibility, you can select double-rod end, non-rotating, and single acting. With six mounting options, 10 bore sizes from 12mm to 100mm, strokes up to 300mm, and built-in auto switches, the NCQ2 cylinder can be configured to match your needs.  | NCQ8 SMC's new NCQ8 series is a square body, compact cylinder that allows close center to center mounting. Visibility of auto switch is improved over the NCQ7 series and is mountable on multi-sides. Use of the retaining ring method improves maintenance performance. Replacing seals is easily obtained by removing the collar. |
 | CQS The CQS compact cylinder is available for those small bore cylinder applications where saving space is a concern. The CQS offers standard long strokes (up to 300mm) in four bore sizes from 12 to 25mm. Long stroke versions incorporate a wear band and thicker piston to handle the increased bearing needs of the longer strokes. Both switch capable and non-switch capable body styles are the same, and switches can be mounted on three (12-16 bore) and four (20-25 bore) sides. An increased side load version (CQS*S) is available for more demanding applications. |
 | CQM The CQM is a compact cylinder integrated with a guide rod and plate. The series is available in 12, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, and 100mm bore sizes. Non-rotating accuracy is 0.2 or less. Series CQM allows a workpiece to be mounted directly to the tooling plate. Auto switches are mountable/removable even when the plate is retracted. |

 | CUJ The CUJ miniature free mount series is a space saving compact cylinder. It is available in 4mm to 10mm bore sizes with stroke lengths up to 20mm for double acting and 10mm for single acting. Options include auto switch capabilities, double and single acting, mounting from 4 directions. |
 | CU The series CU free mount cylinder saves space and allows direct and precise mounting. It is available in 6mm to 32mm bore sizes with stroke lengths up to 50mm.  | ZCUK The ZCUK series is a non-rotating free mount cylinder for vacuum applications. The ZCUK was created by providing a vacuum passage in the rod of the CUK cylinder to enable a vacuum pad to be installed on the end of the rod. A guide is provided as standard equipment. Vacuum pads are available with pad diameters of ø2 to ø50. Cap or rod piping is available to the rod side. Series ZCUK is available in 5 bore diameters. |
 | MU The MU plate cylinder, with its elliptical design, provides a low profile while maintaining force output. The MU cylinder can eliminate the need for higher operating pressures that may be required for typical flat cylinders. The oval piston shape also provides an intrinsic non-rotating function without having to use a rod with flats, offering increased bearing and seal life. |
 | CQU The CQU series was designed to be a lightweight, compact plate type cylinder. The series is available in bore sizes 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, and 40mm. Auto switches can be mounted without removing mounting brackets. It is possible to mount a small auto switch in 4 directions. CQU mountings include through hole/double end tapped (standard), a vertical foot bracket, horizontal foot bracket, and double clevis. |
 | CLQ Compact cylinder series CLQ offers drop prevention when the pressure of air source is decreased or the residual pressure is released. The CLQ has a low profile design, with a compact lock unit. Available in 8 bore sizes ranging from 20 to 100mm, and is auto switch capable. |
 | RLQ Series RLQ is a compact cylinder with a built-in lock and air cushion. Should the air supply be cut off, the RLQ was designed by SMC to provide the safety of drop prevention at any point of the stroke. Additional features include standardized bypass piping, and a home position holding function. The RLQ is the perfect solution for applications which require larger kinetic energy, high stroke repeatability and decreased sound levels. Series RLQ is currently available in bore sizes of 32, 40, 50 and 63mm, with standard stroke options between 20 – 100mm. |
 | MLU Plate cylinder with lock series MLU is ideal for maintaining supply pressure to prevent dropping of the load when residual pressure is released. Drop prevention is possible at any point of stroke. Lock positions can be changed to accommodate the position of the external stopper and the thickness of the clamped work piece. |
