Vacuum

SMC vacuum products vary from vacuum pads with a variety of
connection styles and pad shapes/materials to vacuum ejectors (or
vacuum generators) available as single units or modular designs
with both vacuum release and main supply valves. Vacuum filters
help prevent dust and particulates from entering vacuum circuits,
while vacuum regulators maintain a steady negative pressure. Our
range of pressure and flow switches can confirm product
absorption.

Dryers
|

SMC's Refrigerated Dryers include cooling ratings of 3-75kW.
Compact designs offer a reduction in volume and weight, while also
providing an increased level of air flow. With the use of a
stainless steel heat-exchanger, these units provide long life and
energy savings.
Membrane dryers, which do not require electricity, reduce energy
costs and are compatible with dew points as low as -76°F.
Desiccant dryers (also known as heatless dryers) provide dry air
at a low dew point. SMC's line of desiccant dryers can provide dew
points as low as -58°F and offer flow rates of 100 to 975 l/min.
Compact and light weight in design, a built-in indicator makes it
easy to check the dryers dew point.

Temperature Control
|

Our range of chillers comes in 3 types: refrigerated,
water-cooled and Peltier-type.
The HRS series chiller is available in four
nominal cooling capacities from 1.2 - 5 kW to serve a wide
variety of chiller applications. Utilizing a refrigeration circuit,
the HRS provides temperature stability of +/- 0.18 deg F (0.1 deg
C), HRS chillers can be used within an operating range of 41 ~
104 deg F (5 ~ 40 deg C). The compact design of HRS
chillers allows them to be placed under workbenches and in
close proximity to other equipment. The HRS chiller includes a
robust self-diagnostic program and design
features that can improve many processes via efficient
fluid temperature control.
The water-cooled HRW series chiller has no refrigerant circuit.
It can offer cooling capacities of 2 - 30 kW and temperature
stability of 0.3 deg C.
Finally, our peltier type chillers (HEBC, HEC, HED) can offer
cooling capacities of 200 - 600W and are able to provide
temperature stability with an accuracy of +/-0.1 degrees C.
