90/91-CDQ2, Compact Cylinder, Double Acting, Single Rod

Standard cylinders series 90-CDQ2 and 91-CDQ2 provide a space- saving design and exceptional service life. 90-CDQ2 is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-CDQ2 includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications. They feature front snap ring design for easy access to internal parts. Available in single and double rod models, male and female thread design, double acting, spring return and spring extend. Choose from 13 bore sizes up to 200mm. Optional reed/solid state switches may be used. The aluminum extruded bodies, featuring through-hole and threaded body mounting, provide versatility and reliability in any design application.

  • Bore sizes in mm: 12, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100
  • Strokes from 5mm to 100mm depending upon bore size
  • Mounts: through hole, both ends tapped, foot, front & rear flange, double clevis, rear boss
  • Auto switch capable
