Low Speed/Low Friction – Low Friction
The MQQ cylinder is a compact, low friction cylinder designed for low pressure, low speed, uniform speed or low friction applications. MQQ is available as standard or a lateral load resisting type (with built-in ball bushings). Bore sizes range from 10mm to 28mm and strokes are available up to 100mm.
Series MQM is a lateral load resisting, low friction, compact cylinder for low to high speeds. The metal seal construction with low operating resistance allows actuation in speed and output control ranges that are impossible for ordinary cylinders. The MQM offers long life expectancy of 10,000km or 100 million full cycles.
A low friction, single acting cylinder, series MQP delivers delicate and precise linear movement. The piston and the rod of the MQP share the same shaft, which drastically reduces sliding resistance. Series MQP fully covers a pressure force control range of 0.01 N to 200 N.
The CS1, tie-rod style, low friction air cylinder has been designed with a low sliding resistance of the piston, making this air cylinder ideal for contact pressure control applications requiring smooth movements at low pressure. The CS1 air cylinder offers 3 bore sizes (125, 140 & 160mm), 7 mounting options, and is auto switch capable. Other options include rod boots & cushions.
Series CS2 air cylinder is a double acting, non-lube air cylinder. Aluminum die-cast is used for both the rod and head covers, which means a maximum weight reduction of approximately 50% (basic 125mm bore, 100mm stroke). This series is available in bore sizes 125mm, 140mm and 160mm with maximum strokes up to 1600mm (depending on the mounting configuration). Air cushions are standard on both ends. Other options include auto switches, rod boots, and Rc, NPT or G thread types.
