SMC selected for the "A List," the highest rating of CDP2025

We are pleased to announce that we have been selected “A List”—the highest rating—by CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project), an international nonprofit organization that evaluates corporate initiatives on environmental issues, in both the “Climate Change” and “Water Security” categories.  Only 1% of all participating companies worldwide have achieved this “Double A” rating. CDP scores are closely watched by customers, particularly in Europe and the United States. Please use SMC’s “Double A” rating as a selling point when engaging with your customers.

On March 17, 2026, Executive Officer Ms. Tomobe attended the “CDP Awards Japan 2026” held at the United Nations University in Tokyo, and delivered a speech.
