Actuators with Integrated Controllers
The EQ series of electric actuators feature high performance motors with integrated controllers, as well as battery-less absolute encoders. Not all applications require the 64 positions and finely tuned speed and acceleration / deceleration curves available from JXC controllers. Instead, EQ integrated controllers offer a simpler 2-position solenoid mode with continuous travel from origin to the opposite end of the stroke. A closed center mode can also be set with an intermediate position. Motor enclosures include 3 communication LEDs and M12 metal cable connectors. Motor control optimization helps achieve up to 60% CO2 emissions.
EQY, Rod with Integrated Controller, IO-Link Compatible
The EQY rod offers the same form and capability of the LEY electric actuator, but with an integrated motor controller. Simplified movement mimics a pneumatic cylinder, with two end of stroke positions plus a user-defined intermediate position. Save space while reducing programming labor and wiring complexity. Easier setting modes are available for speed, acceleration, and cycle time. Operation can be tested immediately after setting, along with graphical confirmation of the cycle. M12 cable connectors at the motor enclosure offer strength, security and standardization. EQ series motors are high performance with battery-less absolute encoders. Communication with the controller is possible through either parallel I/O or IO-Link protocol.

EQYG, Guided Rod with Integrated Controller, IO-Link Compatible
The EQYG guided rod offers the same form and capability of the LEYG electric actuator, but with an integrated motor controller. This form combines a rod with a double guide rod block, as well as a plate coupling the rod and guide together. Simplified movement mimics a pneumatic cylinder, with two end of stroke positions plus a user-defined intermediate position. Save space while reducing programming labor and wiring complexity. Easier setting modes are available for speed, acceleration, and cycle time. Operation can be tested immediately after setting, along with graphical confirmation of the cycle. The EQFS rodless slider offers the same form and capability of the LEFS electric actuator, but with an integrated motor controller. JX-T1 Teaching Pendant with Touchscreen
The JX-T1 is a handheld device for configuring settings of both JXC series single-axis controllers for LE e-actuators as well as EQ e-actuators with integrated controllers. The pendant can be used in place of a bulkier laptop with software. The device includes a 4.3-inch TFT color LCD touchscreen for accessing all operations. Through the screen, step data can be set, movements can be tested, alarms and warnings can be confirmed, and actuator status can be observed. Power is supplied from the electric actuator or controller once connected via the top mounted communication cable. An optional attachable stop switch unit is also available.
