The special purpose SP Adsorption Plate adsorbs workpieces and holds them in position without leaving wrinkles, air bubbles or marks, making this an ideal addition for production lines thin sheets, glass, substrates, and soft workpieces. The ZCUK special cylinder bundles suction and lifting forces by integrating a hollow cylinder rod with a suction cup interface to save time on set-up. Bore sizes available up to 32mm and stroke lengths up to 50mm.
The AMJ water separator for vacuum removes water droplets sucked into the vacuum line during work operations to protect upstream vacuum generators and pumps.

The ZCUK series is a non-rotating free mount cylinder for vacuum applications. The ZCUK was created by providing a vacuum passage in the rod of the CUK cylinder to enable a vacuum pad to be installed on the end of the rod. A guide is provided as standard equipment. Vacuum pads are available with pad diameters of ø2 to ø50. Cap or rod piping is available to the rod side. Series ZCUK is available in 5 bore diameters.
Series AMJ is effective for removing water droplets from the air sucked into vacuum pumps and ejectors. Over 90% of droplets can be removed through the use of a special water droplet removing element. The provision of a drain cock makes it possible to discharge the drain manually after breaking the vacuum. Even when the element is saturated with water, there is almost no drop in pressure (increase in resistance).
Series AMV exhaust cleaner separates and removes over 99.5% oil mist in compressed air and solid particles of more than 0.3µm. It can operate in temperatures between 5° to 80°C if there is no risk of freezing the moisture in the air.
