Series PF3A digital flow switch provides continuous quantitative values as well as switched digital outputs when set flow levels are measured. The PF3A is suitable for applications requiring a metered quantity of air, such as for supply confirmation, filling accumulation, or fixed supply consumption. The oversized PF3A display has 2 screens, with main screen flow values in red or green, while the sub screen settings are shown in orange. The display can be rotated in 90 degree increments, thereby offering better visibility during operation. The thermal sensor is protected in a bypass flow path to reduce contact with moisture and contaminants, avoiding accuracy deterioration and damage.  The PF3A has an IP65 ingress protection rating and is both RoHS and CE compliant.

ISE20B-L is a digital pressure sensor supporting the IO-Link communication protocol.  When paired with an IO-Link master, measured values, and settings can be accessed from the HMI screen of a PLC.  ISE20B-L incorporates IO-Link version 1.1 and COM2 speed. 16-bit process data include 2 output bits for set points, a diagnosis bit and 13 bits for the measured value. The 3-screen, 3-color display shows the instantaneous reading in red or green, and the setting label and its numerical value in orange.  ISE20B-L is UL/CSA, CE and RoHS compliant, with an IP65 enclosure rating.

The Air Management System automatically regulates and isolates the compressed air provided to a machine to improve efficiencies during periods of inactivity.  The unit generates pressure, flow, and temperature data to characterize normal operating conditions and identify trends to both compare with similar machines and enable preventative action to maintain optimal system performance.  The unit does not require reprogramming of the user's PLC to operate, making integration both simple and cost effective.  The high-resolution data is accessed by the PLC via fieldbus and SCADA packages via OPC UA.  Using OPC UA and wireless systems, the Air Management System can be added without connector to the PLC or changes to PLC programming.

The ZK2*A series is an energy-saving generator with 93% reduced air consumption.  It has a 50% increase in suction flow compared to other single stage SMC generators.  The ZK2*A also has various mounting options to choose from.

Vacuum Generator series ZL series is a multi-stage, high-efficiency vacuum generator, which operates at 150% efficiency (compared to about 40% for other units). For each scfm of compressed air it consumes, the ZL generates an incredible 1.587 scfm of suction flow. The ZL is available with a built-in vacuum switch with digital readout for design flexibility. Other features include built-in suction filter, exhaust silencer, and one-touch tube fittings. Its' compact design allows for mounting from three sides.

The PU series pulse blow unit is a convenient means to add automatic pulsation to a blowing operation to improve effectiveness and reduce air consumption. The units require no electrical power or programming to operate, simply supply air and adjust the frequency knob. They can be added to the VMG blow gun to add pulsing without trigger fatigue from trying to manually create such pulses.

AXTS040-X202 series pulse blowing valve air saving unit automatically turns the air flow on and off to improve the efficiency of blowing through a cycling action.  Additionally, they can reduce air consumption versus a continuous blow scenario.  The On/Off timing is user selectable.

The IZG10 Gun Type Ionizer combines the functions of a triggered, compressed air blow gun and a high frequency AC ionizer.  This device allows a user to easily clean dust-contaminated workpieces, or separate clinging films or sheets of paper or carboard during manual operations.  Once the target materials are cleaned, additional operations can be performed such as assembly, printing or labeling, surface treatment, or packaging.  Ergonomic features such as a low 200g weight, easy to hold grip, and trigger settings improve comfort and reduce user fatigue.  Energy savings result from selecting a pulse blowing mode, an OFF timer, or setting on the flow adjustment valve.  High visibility LEDs indicate power, ion generation, maintenance requirement, or function errors.  A removable nozzle allows emitter cleaning and eventual replacement at its end of life.  An optional 30psi OSHA-compliant bypass nozzle is also available.  Finally, a bright LED at the front illuminates the target area for detailed work.  Includes 3m power supply cable.

SMC series CVQ offers a compact cylinder and valve integrated for compactness. This series offers space, energy, and labor savings. Reducing the piping between the cylinder and valve offers approximately 50% reduction in air consumption. Choose from side and axial piping. The CVQ series is designed so that the D-M9* series auto switch can be mounted flush with the cylinder profile.

Series IR Precision Regulators are designed to be compact and light weight. The maximum set pressure has been expanded from the conventional 0.7MPa to 0.8MPa. Relief flow has been increased by nearly 5 times (compared to SMC IR201, IR401). The optional bracket and pressure gauge can be mounted on either the front or back of the unit.

The IZS51 series is a bar ionizer with an integrated power supply, designed for static neutralization in various industrial applications. It has a compact and flat profile, with electrical wiring and air piping on the same side, facilitating installation in tight spaces. An optional integrated 2-port valve unit can stop air supply and ion generation during standby, reducing air and current consumption. The new cartridge design combines airflow around the emitter and for ion transmission into a single passage, improving ion transfer efficiency and reducing discharge time by 14%. The IZS51 supports IO-Link for remote monitoring of ion balance and device status, as well as parameter adjustments.  An auto-balance function maintains a constant offset voltage. An alphanumeric LCD display improves viewing and monitoring of settings and errors. Various emitter cartridge types are available.

AS-R/AS-Q can reduce air consumption by 25%.  The AS-R functions to reduce return stroke pressure.  The AS-Q functions as a rapid supply and exhaust to avoid sudden extension of piston and avoid delay in pressure charge.  The updated AS-R/AS-Q now combines multiple adjustments to one to simplify operations.

The AFF*-D main line filters are designed for modular connectability and to match the aesthetics of the AC-D series of FRL components. Flow capabilities are improved beyond the legacy AFF series for extended applicability. These particulate filters are nominally rated at 1 micron as an initial stage of cleanliness in an air purification system.

The AM*-D mist separators are designed for modular connectability and to match the aesthetics of the AC-D series of FRL components.  Flow capabilities are improved beyond the legacy AM series for extended applicability.  These coalescing filters are nominally rated at 0.1 micron for an initial stage of oil removal after a particulate filter.

The AMD*-D mist separators are designed for modular connectability and to match the aesthetics of the AC-D series of FRL components.  Flow capabilities are improved beyond the legacy AMD series for extended applicability.  These coalescing filters are nominally rated at 0.01 micron for a second stage of oil removal after a particulate filter and a coarser coalescing unit.

Series VMG has a large effective area of 0.05in² (30mm²), without nozzle. Pressure loss is 0.725psi (0.005MPa) or less when nozzle bore size 2.5mm is used.  Piping direction is optional from the top or bottom.  Available nozzles include: male thread; high efficiency; low noise w/male thread; and extension nozzles.

S coupler series KK employs a unique connection method. A slim body design and large effective area are achieved with a construction that does not use steel balls or valve springs and therefore does not restrict the flow path. Together with a reduction of the body size, pressing parts and resin parts are used to achieve an overall weight reduction.

With the release of the KN series nozzles and gauge heads 30~90% of air consumption required for the current nozzle operation can be saved with the appropriate selection of the new nozzle and sizing. Many variations of nozzle are available with tube materials including nylon, soft nylon, soft copper pipe and OST tubing. Sizes range from 4mm-20mm.

IBG impact blow gun utilizes high pressure instantaneous impact force to remove machining chips, dust and water droplets more effectively than standard continuous blow.  Instantaneous air blow greatly reduces air consumption and work time.  Compliant with OSHA standards.

The IBV Air Saving Impact Blow Valve provides increased impact force and instantaneous air blow, while reducing CO2 emissions, air consumption, and operation time by up to 97%. This is achieved by using a unique design that creates a higher peak pressure, which is then released in a short burst of air. This creates a much more powerful impact than traditional blow valves, which use a continuous stream of air. Applications include cleaning and drying parts, dust and debris removal, cooling surfaces and product sorting.

The MGZ series is a non-lube double power air cylinder available in both rotating and non-rotating styles. The MGZ's unique design doubles the pressurized area for extension making the MGZ an ideal cylinder for lifting and pressing operations. The front end lock style MGZ holds the rod when extended. 

CQE Series is built upon the trusted CQ2 series, boasts a theoretical output of up to 1.5 times greater, achieved through an innovative polygonal piston design. CQE series maximizes force output without requiring additional space in your application such as clamping or press fitting. CQE series also allows to achieve same level of force with lower air pressure supply, which translates to energy savings and potentially lowers overall system costs.

The MXQ is the newest generation of precision slide tables integrated with hardened stainless steel guides and rails to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the dual rods and piston seals. Its recirculating ball bearings are matched by size to each slide table with a slight negative clearance resulting in greater accuracy. The MXQ's thinly formed special stainless steel slide table reduces thickness allowing for a larger guide pitch providing high rigidity. The slide table's reduced weigh also increases allowable kinetic energy. The stoppers and shock absorbers are positioned at the center axis to minimize load deflection. The dowel pin holes positioned on the center axis standardizes mounting conditions for the basic and symmetric styles. The end lock option prevents the slide table from dropping in vertical applications, enhancing safety in the event of air pressure loss.

The CXS series is a dual piston actuator with non-rotating accuracy ±0.1°.  The CSXL high precision ball bushing type allows for smooth operation that ensures stable travel resistance. The CXSM slide bearing type provides lateral stability protecting it from side load impacts.  Double piston construction provides twice the output force. The CXS2 series offers 7 times more allowable kinetic energy and 2.6 times more maximum piston speed compared to the existing CSX series.

The specialty regulator series VBA is a booster regulator that saves money and energy by increasing the main line pressure up to two times. The booster regulator, when connected to air supply line, increases pressure up to two times and the main air supply pressure may be set low. Desired pressure increase can be easily adjusted.
