Compact 4 & 5 Port Solenoid Non Plug In Type Valve
Non plug-in type for JSY series is available in 3 valve body sizes, JSY1000 (6.4mm), JSY3000 (10mm) and JSY5000 (15mm). It is available in side porting and bottom porting. Non plug-in JSY is also available in dual 3-port configuration.
Solenoid Valves - 4 & 5 Port – SY
SMC has improved product performance and reliability with the redesigned SY series valve. The SY3000 and SY5000 have the same valve width as their predecessors, but the flow has been increased by up to 80%, allowing the valve size to be reduced. A built-in strainer in the pilot valve prevents trouble caused by foreign matter. By using H-NBR seal material for the main valve and seals, Ozone resistance has been improved. Side, top and bottom port/pipe directions are available to allow flexible installation. The SY is available in body ported or base mounted styles, and can be used individually or manifold mounted.
Solenoid Valve - 3 Port - VP
SMC's VP300/500/700 series solenoid valve, offers high flow capacity and reduced power consumption (1.55W standard, 0.55W with power saving circuit). The series may be used as either a selector valve, or a divider valve. It is vacuum applicable up to –101.2kPa. Series VP3145/3165/3185 is a large size, 3 port solenoid valve with a rubber seal. It is possible to use the series in vacuum applications or under low pressure. Both series are available in a normally closed or normally open styles.
Air Management System
The Air Management System is available in two basic configurations that vary by the standby regulator used. The A type utilizes the electro-pneumatic regulator while the B type uses the manual type standby regulator. Both types include an isolation valve and can be configured as remotes (SA) or as fieldbus connected bases (EN, PN). The hubs have an extra IO link port for connection to additional devices that can communicate through the system.
Vacuum Generators – ZK2*A
The ZK2*A series is an energy-saving generator with 93% reduced air consumption. It has a 50% increase in suction flow compared to other single stage SMC generators. The ZK2*A also has various mounting options to choose from.
