At SMC, we offer a variety of process valve types that can be used in various applications
Valves-General Purpose
Solenoid control valves are good for general purpose use. Direct acting poppet valves available in normally closed and normally open varieties. Available in a varietey of materials including resin, aluminum, brass and stainless steel.
Valves Steam/Heated Water
Direct air and solenoid operated 2 and 3 port valves can be used with a wide variety of fluids. The manifolds are available in a common SUP style or individual SUP style (for vacuum use). The VXA31/32 series manifold is individually ported. Valves for both are easily replaced without changing existing piping.
Valves & Pumps, Chemicals/Pure Water
Solenoid valve is designed for special applications like air, gas, steam, water and oil. The VXK includes a Y type strainer installed inside the body to remove foreign materials mixed in fluids before they enter the actuating part of the valve (armature), as well as preventing the flow of foreign materials to downstream equipment. The VXH is high pressure capable of a maximum operating pressure is 2.0 MPa.
Valves Coolant
Coolant solenoid valve provides the perfect solution for high speed machining and is available as solenoid or air operated. Features like a scraper, squeeze seal, grease channel and dry bearing construction, increases the valves service life.
Valves Dust Collector
Dust collector, 2 port solenoid valve has large port sizes and the flange and flange body type. These are designed with low noise construction and has the option of a silencer.
Valves Color Change
VCC series 2/3 port air operated valves are applicable for water/chemical base paint in cleaning solvent and air.
Valves Specialized Application
2-port solenoid valve was designed for special applications like air, gas, steam, water and oil.
Process Pumps
