Rodless Cylinder, REAL, Sine, Accelerating & Decelarating, Magnetically Coupled - Ball Bushing

The REAL, Sine Rodless Cylinder - Magnetically Coupled accelerates slowly at beginning stroke and decelerates at end stroke designed for working with delicate materials such as silicone wafers, magnetic disks or LCD substrates yet optimizing throughput with speeds of up to 300 mm/sec. The REAL features specially designed U-shaped cushion rings at the cylinder end caps to prevent hard stops. The corresponding sides of the piston head have special cushion packing to faciliate smooth acceleration at the start of stroke. It is a one piece unit integrated with ball bushing bearings which allows for smooth operation and ensures stable travel resistance.

  • Bore sizes: 10, 15, 20, 25, 32, 40 mm
  • Stroke lengths: 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000 mm
  • Maximum stroke lengths: 500 mm (10 bore), 750 mm (15 bore), 1000 mm (20 bore), 1500 mm (25, 32 & 40 bore)
  • Minimum operating pressure: 0.18 MPa (26 psi)
  • Speed: 50 ~ 300 mm/sec
