Rodless Cylinder - Magnetically Coupled - Slide Bearing
Rodless cylinder, magnetically coupled series CY*S type includes an integrated slide bearing for stroke accuracy and repeatability. Magnetically coupled cylinders have a wide range of applications, and save mounting space. Loads and moments are possible through the use of integrated guides.
Rodless Cylinder, CY1S-Z, Magnetically Coupled (mm Stroke) - Slide Bearing
The CY1S-Z Rodless Cylinder - Magnetically Coupled uses industrial strength magnets located in the piston and external carriage to form a single unit that will travel when actuated with air pressure. It is a one piece unit integrated with slide bearings which provides lateral stability protecting it from side load impacts. The CY1S-Z cylinder tube has lube retainers on the internal and external surfaces to retain lubrication.
- Bore sizes: 6, 10, 15, 20, 25, 32, & 40 (mm)
- Stroke lengths: 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1500 mm
- Minimum operating pressure: 0.18 MPa (26 psi)
- Speed: 50 ~ 400 mm/sec.
- Options: XB9 - Low Speed (15 ~ 50 mm/sec.), XB13 - Ultra Low Speed (7 ~ 50 mm/sec),

Rodless Cylinder, NC(D)Y2S, Magnetically Coupled, (Inch Stroke) - Slide Bearing
The NCY2S Rodless Cylinder - Magnetically Coupled uses industrial strength magnets located in the piston and external carriage to form a single unit that will travel when actuated with air pressure. It is available in a standard or heavy duty magnetic holding force. It is a one piece unit integrated with slide bearings which provides lateral stability protecting it from side load impacts.
- Bore sizes (nominal): 1/4", 3'8", 5/8", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2"
- Stroke length: 2", 4", 6" 8", 10", 12", 14", 16", 18", 20", 24", 28", 32", 36", 40", 60"
- Minimum operating pressure: 26 psi
- Speed: 2 ~ 20 inch/sec.
