The series is available in bore sizes 6, 10, 16mm and stroke lengths from 15 to 200mm. Mounting options include basic, foot, and front flange. Series CJ2 is auto switch capable.
10/11/21/22-CM2
Clean room series CM2 is available in double acting double rod, double acting single rod, direct mount and end lock styles. Mountings include basic, axial foot, rod side flange, head side and boss-cut.
10/11/21/22-CG1
SMC's CG1 clean room precision air cylinder has 8 bore sizes, and can meet any application need. Series 10/11-C(D)G1, available for clean environment, prevent particle generation in a clean room. Series 21/22-C(D)G1 offers the same structure as the clean series, and are for the environment in which the use of copper, fluorine and silicon are restricted. The CG1 clean series is auto switch capable.

The CUJ miniature free mount, clean room series is a space saving compact cylinder. It is available in 6mm to 10mm bore sizes with stroke lengths up to 20mm. The CUJ series is double acting and auto switch capable.

The series CU free mount, clean room cylinder saves space and allows direct and precise mounting. It is available in 6mm to 25mm bore sizes with stroke lengths up to 50mm. The CU series is a single rod, single acting cylinder with rubber bumpers as standard, and is auto switch capable.
