CS1BN125, Air Cylinder, Double Acting, Single Rod, Large Bore Stainless Steel

The SMC CS1BN125 Large Bore Stainless Steel Cylinder is a heavy-duty pneumatic actuator designed for high-force linear motion applications in demanding industrial and food-processing environments. The cylinder features a 125 mm bore, double-acting single-rod operation, and 304 stainless steel external metal components for improved corrosion resistance and washdown durability.

  • External metallic parts: Stainless steel 304
  • 2 types of rod seal materials available: FKM (White), Polyurethane (Blue)
  • Overall length shortened: Max. 80 mm
  • Improved maintainability: Able to replace rod seals without disassembling the cylinder
  • External profile designed to reduce residual liquid: Round cover, Cap nut, Laser printed product label
  • Mounting dimensions adhere to ISO 15552
