2 Finger
The LEH family of electric grippers includes three series fitted with two fingers. Series include the LEHZ standard, the LEHZJ with IP50 dust cover, and the LEHF with low profile fingers and long stroke options. Benefits include adjustable gripping forces, a drop prevention function, and gauging capability for recognizing different dimensions and outputting length measurements.
LEHZ, Electric Gripper, 2 Finger, Vertical Type
The LEHZ is the most common electric gripper, with the most sizes. The motor drives a slide screw coupled to a lever assembly. The levers open and close the fingers, which follow a linear guide for alignment and stability. The narrow fingers are 12 to 36 mm long, with several optional tool mounting arrangements. A flat finger option is also available.- Body sizes: 10, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40
- Compact motor option available: 10, 16, 20, 25
- Stroke range: 4 to 30 mm
- Gripping force range: 2 to 210 N
- 3 finger mounting options for custom tooling
- Manual adjustment screw for moving fingers with power off

LEHZJ, Electric Gripper, 2-Finger Type with Dust Cover
The LEHZJ is constructed as an LEHZ with an added dust cover offering IP50 protection to the finger mechanism. This enhanced model is available in 4 sizes.- Body sizes: 10, 16, 20, 25
- Same features and performance as LEHZ, plus:
- Finger mechanics protected by IP50 dust cover
- 3 types of cover material available

LEHF, Electric Gripper, 2-Finger, Horizontal Type
The LEHF gripper uses a belt driven slide shaft to open and close the fingers. The low profile, flat fingers follow a linear guide for alignment and stability. The body and drive construction permit much longer strokes than the LEHZ, suitable for gripping larger items without excessive moment loading.- Body sizes: 10, 20, 32, 40
- Stroke range: 16 to 40 mm (basic); 32 to 80 mm (long)
- Gripping force range: 3 to 180 N
- Low profile fingers
- Manual adjustment screw for moving fingers with power off

LEHF Gripper, Battery-less Absolute Encoder
The LEHF gripper uses a belt driven slide shaft to open and close the fingers. The low profile, flat fingers follow a linear guide for alignment and stability. The body and drive construction permit long strokes, suitable for gripping larger items without excessive moment loading. This version includes a 24VDC motor with a battery-less absolute encoder. This encoder allows the actuator to be powered down without losing its positional awareness. The machine's PLC can access the controller's operational and positional step data through several fieldbus protocols, IO-Link, or parallel I/O.
- Body sizes: 32, 40
- Stroke range: 32 or 40mm (basic); 64 or 80mm (long)
- Gripping force range: 48 to 180 N
- Repeatability: ±0.05
- Low profile fingers
