EX600, IO-Link Module

The EX600 serial interface offers a full suite of diagnostics and programmable parameters to meet the most stringent requirements.  Up to 1024 (512/512 I/O blocks) and 7 valve manifolds can be connected.  The EX600 can be configured as a centralized or a de-centralized I/O system, or a combination of both.  This serial interface is compatible with series SV1000/2000/3000, VQC1000/2000/4000 and S0700 valves.  Available protocols include Profibus-DP, DeviceNet™, CC-Link, EtherCat and EtherNet/IP™.

  • Connects up to 4 IO-Link modules per manifold (Total of 16 IO-Link devices)
  • Supports both port class A (integrated power, sensors and regulators) and class B (separate output power, for use with valve)
  • Process data, parameters and device information can be set and monitored using PC
  • Compatible with EX600-SEN3-X80, EX600-SPN3, EX600-SPN4, EX600-SEN7/8 and EX600-SEC3/4
