EX250 - Input & Output
EX250 is a serial interface unit controlling up to 32 solenoids and 32 inputs. This serial interface is compatible with series SY, JSY, VQC, SV and S0700 valves. Available protocols include DeviceNet™, CC-Link, AS-i, and CANopen.
EX510 - Distributed I/O
The EX510 series makes it possible to connect more valves and sensors than with conventional units. With the introduction of the EX510 series, only a power supply cable to the GW unit is required, resulting in wire-savings. Setting the address for the SI unit, output unit and input unit is no longer required, only the address for the GW unit needs to be set. The volume ratio of the EX510 SI unit is 60% more compact than the EX120.
EX180 - Output Only for SJ Series
The EX180 serial interface unit controls up to 32 solenoid outputs, and is compatible with series SJ2000/3000 valves. Available protocols include DeviceNet™, and CC-Link.
EX140 - Output Only
The EX140 serial interface unit controls up to 16 solenoid outputs, and is compatible with series SZ3000 and SQ1000/2000 valves. Available protocols include, but are not limited to DeviceNet™, CC-Link, and OMRON.
EX120 - Output Only
Serial interface unit EX120 controls up to 16 solenoid outputs and is compatible with series SV1000/2000/3000/4000, VQ1000/2000, SX3000/5000 and SY3000/5000 valves. Available protocols include, but are not limited to DeviceNet™, CC-Link, and AS-i.
EX500 - Distributed I/O
EX500 a gateway unit to connect EtherNet/IP™ and DeviceNet™ to SMC valves and digital inputs for sensors for distributed I/O system. Each gateway can control up to 8 valve manifolds and 8 input blocks, with maximum of 128 outputs and 128 inputs. EX500-GEN2 supports Device level Ring (DLR) and EtherNet/IP™ Quick Connect function. The gateway module has IP65 protection while valve modules and input blocks have IP67 protection ensuring protection against dust and washdown environment.
EX245 - Input & Output
EX245 series is a PROFINET® communication module that is compatible with Fiber Optic Push Pull connectors specified by AIDA (Automation Initiative of German Manufacturers). EX245 series provides modular connection digital input and output along with connection to 32 solenoid valves. Each module is capable of 128 inputs and 64 outputs. EX245 series is also compatible with PROFINET MRP® (Media Redundancy Protocol) and Provides Fast Start Up function to reduce donwtime and improving machine productivity.
