MXQ-XC4A, Dust Resistant Precision Slide Table, Recirculating Bearings

The MXQ is the newest generation of precision slide tables integrated with hardened stainless-steel guides and rails to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the dual rods and piston seals.  The MXQ's thinly formed special stainless steel slide table reduces thickness allowing for a larger guide pitch providing high rigidity.  The slide tables's reduced weight also increases allowable kinetic energy.  The stoppers and shock absorbers are positioned at the center axis to minimize load deflection.  The dowel pin holes posiitoned on the center axis standardize mounting conditions for the basic and symmetric styles.  The end lock option prevents the slide table from dropping in vertical applications, enhancing safety in the event of air pressure loss.  The MXQ-XC4 is compatible with environments where powder of 20 to 50 microns in diameter, such as ceramic powder, toner powder, paper powder, metal powder (excluding welding spatter), etc. are present.  The MXQ-XC4 is 4 times more durable than the standard model.
