IZT44/45, Slim Remote without Air Purge
The IZS4 family is SMC's 3rd generation of bar ionizers. Bar ionizers generate a curtain of static eliminating ions effective for a distance up to 2000mm / 6.5 ft. The family includes the standard IZS40 model, the IZS41 with feedback or auto balance sensor and rapid static neutralization, and the IZS42 with low amplitude ion generation for sensitive electronics. The IZS41 and 42 are remote control capable, and can be linked via cable for operation from a single power supply. Needle cartridges are easily removed without tools for cleaning or end-of-life replacement.
IZT44 Slim Remote Bar Ionizer, Simple Operation, Integrated Power Supply and Controller
The IZT44 slim remote bar ionizer is an industrial static control solution. This slim bar ionizer generates a curtain of static eliminating ions without an air purge. Eliminating the air purge enables the bar to have a 60% smaller profile, for installations with the tightest clearances. The energy cost of compressed air is saved, and no delivery infrastructure is required. Further, static can be neutralized without disrupting lightweight or delicate materials. Bars have 6X the number of emitters compared to the air purge models, leading to 60% faster static discharge times. The IZT44 includes a separate integrated high voltage power supply and control module that can be mounted in a workstation away from the treatment area for easier access and observation during operation. The ionizer operates as soon as power is supplied, without any required settings. One controller can operate one bar, or two bars when using a branched cable.

The IZT45 slim remote bar ionizer is an industrial static control solution. This slim bar ionizer generates a curtain of static eliminating ions without an air purge. The IZT45 includes separate high voltage power supply and controller modules that can be mounted in a workstation away from the treatment area for easier access and observation during operation. The controller module offers expanded functionality and multi-channel capability.
IZTB44 Slim Remote Bar
The IZTB44 slim bar is the ion emitting component of the IZT44 / 45 static control system. This slim bar generates a curtain of static eliminating ions without an air purge. Eliminating the air purge enables the bar to have a 60% smaller profile, for installations with the tightest clearances. The energy cost of compressed air is saved, and no delivery infrastructure is required. Further, static can be neutralized without disrupting lightweight or delicate materials. IZTB44 bars have 6X the number of emitters compared to the air purge models, leading to 60% faster static discharge times. This component can be used to expand the number of bars in an existing system, or as a replacement. A complete system consists of 1 to 4 bars, a single controller, and a power supply module for each bar, plus cables and accessories as required. A system can be expanded to up to 8 bars when using branching cables. These components can also be ordered separately.
IZTC44, Controller with High voltage power supply
The IZTC44 integrates operating controls along with a high voltage source for generating ions in a single module, for an IZT44 simple bar ionizer static control system. This component is available for individual selection to configure a system with one or two emitter bars or as a replacement. An IZT44 system uses the pulse AC method to generate the highest amount of ions with negligible pauses between polarity shifts in the waveform. When included in a full system, the IZTC44 operates as soon as power is supplied, without any required settings. A cable with a 5-pin M12 connector is available for wiring power, ground and output signals. One module can operate one bar, or two bars when using a branched cable.
IZTC45 Multi-function Controller
The IZTC45 is the operating component for the IZT45 multi-function bar ionizer static control system. This component is available for individual selection to configure a static control system or as a replacement. A complete system consists of an IZTC45 controller, up to four IZTP41 power supply channels with one or two IZTB44 bars each, plus cables and accessories as required. An IZT45 system uses the pulse AC method to generate the highest amount of ions with negligible pauses between polarity shifts in the waveform. A cable with an 8-pin M12 connector is available for wiring power, ground and I/O signals.
IZTP41 High-voltage Power Supply Module for IZT45
The IZTP41 power supply module is the high-voltage source component for the IZT45 static control system. Modules generate ions in pulse AC (+/- blended ions) or DC (fixed polarity ions) mode, depending on selection and as directed by the controller. This component is available individually to expand an existing system, or as a replacement. A complete system consists of an IZTC45 controller, up to four IZTP41 power supply channels with one or two IZTB44 bars each, plus cables and accessories as required. All components can be ordered separately.
