ZXP7-PFL1-*-X1, Vacuum Unit for KAWADA ROBOTICS, NEXTAGE

This vacuum unit is compliant with humanoid dual-arm robot NEXTAGE collaborative robots.  The design is compact and lightweight with many cup configurations including 1 cup, 2 cup or 4 cup options.  The cup options include variations of shapes, materials, and sizes.  One of the notable options includes the FDA compliant cup material.  The unit includes mounting flange, parallel pin, mounting bolt, cups with adapter, and integrated vacuum unit.

  • Integrated vacuum ejector, air supply/release valve, pressure sensor, and cups
  • Cup shape variations: flat, flat with rib, bellows, thin flat, multi-stage bellows, 2.5 bellows, 5.5 stage bellows or without cup
  • Cup material: NBR, silicone rubber, urethane rubber, FKM, FDA compliant silicone rubber
  • Cup diameter sizes (mm): 8, 10, 13, 16, 20, 25, 30, 32
  • Tube-less piping
  • Standard ISO9409-1-50-M6
