HRL Series Dual Channel Thermoelectric Chiller
This video showcases a compact industrial chiller unit hooked up to a laser cutting system. The fluid lines split directly from the back of the chiller into two separate target destinations: the Laser Oscillator and the Laser Optical System.
Space saving & Reduced Wiring
Traditional setups require two separate chiller units (e.g., an HRSH200 and an HRS012) to handle two separate temperature demands, using up a large amount of floor space and requiring two separate power drops. The HRL Series consolidates this into one single unit. Footprint reduction: 22% less floor space required. Wiring reduction: only one main power supply connection is needed to control both channels, cutting installation labor in half. Circulating fluid can be heated without a heater. Instead of turning on an electric resistance heater to raise fluid temperatures, the HRL series uses an internal expansion valve to recycle hot discharge gas coming off the inverter compressor. This bypass loop heats the fluid using waste energy, significantly dropping electricity consumption. They adjust the motor rotation speeds of the compressor, cooling fan, and fluid pump in real time based exactly on the heat load of the laser equipment, preventing energy surplus. Temperature waveform display provides a real-time graph showing the stability curves of both channels simultaneously.
