Environment Resistant Cylinders
AFF Main Line Filter
The legacy AFF series is an excellent first stage in an air purification scheme. This coarse (3 μm) filter removes foreign matter and droplets to protect downstream dryers and extend the life of more precise filters. Units are easily serviced, and dirty elements can be disposed of while handling only the filter bowl.
AFF Main Line Filter
The AFF70~90 improves upon the performance of the legacy AFF with a 1 μm particulate rating and water removal capabilities. Installation space is reduced by integrating the traditional AFF filtering function with the water removal capabilities of the AMG. Additionally, flow capacities are improved for greater applicability. A lightweight stainless steel bowl assembly improves handling and simplifies service.

IP8000 E/P positioner is more compact than the IP6000 with improved visibility of the pressure indicator. Other features include an improved enclosure protection IP65, interchangeable mounting, excellent shock and vibration performance, and a 1/2 split range available by simple span adjustment. The IP200 cylinder positioner provides accurate and stable positioning of air cylinders. The compact design allows easy installation and maintenance. A span adjuster and zero adjuster are provided for the adjustment of the feed back spring.
AF-X2729 Water Separator
The element-less specification eliminates the need for replacement. Air containing water droplets is rotated to remove them by centrifugal force.
AMD Micro Mist Separator
The legacy series AMD micro mist separators range from 1/8" to 2" and feature a rugged aluminum housing. These coalescing filters are nominally rated at 0.01 micron for a second stage of oil removal after a particulate filter and a coarser coalescing unit.
SY 5 Port Solenoid Valve
SMC has improved product performance and reliability with the redesigned SY series valve. The SY3000 and SY5000 have the same valve width as their predecessors, but the flow has been increased by up to 80%, allowing the valve size to be reduced. A built-in strainer in the pilot valve prevents trouble caused by foreign matter. By using H-NBR seal material for the main valve and seals, Ozone resistance has been improved. Side, top and bottom port/pipe directions are available to allow flexible installation. The SY is available in body ported or base mounted styles, and can be used individually or manifold mounted.
EX600 Modular Fieldbus Platform
The EX600 serial interface offers a full suite of diagnostics and programmable parameters to meet the most stringent requirements. The EX600 offers excellent flexibility including digital input, digital output and analog input unit options. With the use of D-sub output blocks, a maximum of 9 remote D-sub manifolds can be attached to one EX600 communication module. This serial interface is compatible with series SV1000/2000/3000, VQC1000/2000/4000, S0700 and the new SY series valves. Available protocols include PROFIBUS-DP®, DeviceNet™, CC-Link, Ethernet I/P and EtherCAT®, PROFINET, POWELINK and CC-Link IE Field™
VFN212N 3 Port Solenoid Valve for NAMUR Interface
VFN212N is a 3 port solenoid valve compliant with NAMUR interface. It can be directly installed on valve actuators that comply with NAMUR.
VX2 2 Port Valves
The VX2 series is 2 port direct solenoid valve for general purpose air, medium vacuum and water. Available body materials include resin, aluminum, brass or stainless steel with port size up to 1/2 inch. Resin body is offered with one touch fitting to reduce installation time. It is also available as a manifold to reduce piping.

VHS Residual Pressure Relief Valve
The VHS series provides a convenient means of isolating supplied pressure in a pneumatic system and exhausting downstream pressure for maintenance purposes. The units can be locked in the exhaust position and can be an integral part of an energy isolation system. Air flow direction is easily identified by handle orientation and labelling.
AR Pneumatic Regulator
The AR-D series of modular air regulators brings a modern appearance to SMC's line of regulators while maintaining the high performance of our other series. Its 125 psi maximum set pressure and range of standard features make it ideal for most applications. The new handle design make these units easier to adjust than previous models.
EX260 Fieldbus System for Output
EX260 series is a compact and cost effective fieldbus solution for output applicable to SMC's most popular directional control valves such as New SY, SV, VQC, and S0700 Series. It can control up to 32 solenoids in one manifold. Available protocols are EtherNet/IP™, PROFINET®, EtherCAT®, PROFIBUS DP®, DeviceNet™ and CC-Link. EX260 series has standard dual port connectivity to eliminate the need of switches or branch connector, reducing wiring and component cost. IP67 enclosure rating ensures protection against dust and washdown environment.
EX250 Fieldbus System
EX250 is a serial interface unit controlling up to 32 solenoids and 32 inputs. This serial interface is compatible with series SY, JSY, VQC, SV and S0700 valves. Available protocols include DeviceNet™, CC-Link, AS-i, PROFIBUS-DP®, and CANopen.
IDFB Refrigerated Air Dryer
Series IDFB*E refrigerated air dryers are suitable for use in aftercooled systems with compressors up to ~100 hp (depending on dew point desired). These durable units have simple control systems and are easily serviced.
HRS, HRS-R, HRSE compact recirculating chillers are designed to meet the widest range of single-point applications in both industrial and technology settings. The package design is robust enough for the factory, yet ergonomic and compact for lab installations. Coolant can be either heated or cooled within the set temperature range. Choose from eight cooling capacities, air or water cooled refrigerant, and global power supply options.
IL Booster Relay
Booster relay series IL100 is used when the piping between instrumentation and operational area is long, or when operational area has large capacity. Series IL100 can help accelerate actuation speed considerably.
KQ2 one-touch, metric and inch size fittings are available in a wide variety of sizes, body styles and thread types. The use of a special profile seal allows the KQ2 to be used for a wide range of pressures from a low vacuum up to a pressure of 1MPa. The KQ2 release collar releases both the chuck and collet to provide a low disconnection force for easy removal of the tubing.
Tubing comes in a variety of material types to accommodate for various media through the connectors. Some material types include: polyurethane, fluororesin, polyolefin, spark resistant, water resistant and polyethylene. Varying materials prevent corrosion, damage from high temperatures and hydrolysis.
VXB Air Operated Angle Seat Valve
VXB series is an air operated valve for steam that utilizes angle seat structure to minimize pressure loss. It is available with stainless steel 316L or bronze body material, and port size ranges from 3/8" to 3/4". FKM seals are utilized to reduce leakage and provide long service life of over 3 million cycles (steam) or 5 million cycles (air)
