25A-PF3W7-L, Digital Water Flow Sensor, IO-Link, 2-Screen 3-Color Display, IP65, 0.5-100 lpm

The 25A- series variations are compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types. Series 25A-PF3W7-L-Z digital flow sensor continuously monitors water or coolant flow. "Z" models have redesigned piping adapters, imparting a 13-53% weight reduction depending on flow range. The additional "L" designation indicates IO-Link compatibility. Sensors feature an integrated 3-color, 2-screen display, with manual flow adjustment valve and temperature sensor options. The instantaneous flow value can be displayed in green or red on the main screen, while temperature or other values can be monitored on the subscreen. The display rotates in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions, offering improved readability during operation. When paired with an IO-Link master, values and settings can be accessed from the HMI screen. This model incorporates IO-Link version 1.1 and COM2 speed. 48 bits of process data include flow and temperature values, switch outputs, and diagnostics. Both IO-Link data and switch outputs can be read over the M8 or M8-to-M12 cable. 25A-PF3W7-L-Z is IP65 rated, and is UL, CE and RoHS compliant.
