Rodless Cylinder - Magnetically Coupled - Direct Mount
Rodless cylinder, magnetically coupled series CY3R type includes a direct mount auto-switch rail. Magnetically coupled cylinders have a wide range of applications, and save mounting space.
Rodless Cylinder CY3R-N, Magnetically Coupled Direct Mount w/o Switch Rail
The CY3R Cylinder - Magnetically Coupled uses industrial strength magnets located in the piston and external carriage to form a single unit that will travel when actuated with air pressure. The CY3R series has resin based lube retainers installed on the dust seal to more evenly distrubute lubricant for a reduction in minimum operating pressure. 70% longer wear rings will distribute a side load over a larger contact area for improved bearing performance. Please note the CY3R-N must be used with an external guide to support the load.
Rodless Cylinder, CY3R-Z, Magnetically Coupled, Direct Mount w/Switch Rail
The CY3R-Z Rodless Cylinder - Magnetically Coupled uses industrial strength magnets located in the piston and external carriage to form a single unit that will travel when actuated with air pressure. Rodless Cylinder, 12-CY3R, Clean Room, Magnetically Coupled, Direct Mount
The 12-CY3R Rodless Cylinder - Magnetically Coupled uses industrial strength magnets located in the piston and external carriage to form a single unit that will travel when actuated with air pressure. It uses fluorine grease making it inert to temperature fluctuations, chemical exposure and various gases which will not cause cracking or swelling in synthetic rubbers or elastomers qualifying it for ISO Class 5 (Class 100) clean room rating. Please note the 12-CY3R must be used with an external guide to support the load.
