Fitting Manifolds
Manifolds save time and space with its compact and central push-to-connect tubing connections. It reduces time required for connecting and difficult wiring of tubing from supply to applications. There are multiple styles to choose from and multi-tube size options are available.
DM Fitting Manifold
The use of the DM series, multi-connector, enables panel mount connections with other apparatus and can provide the reliability of one-touch installation and removal of multi-tubes (nylon, polyurethane). As a result, separate transportation of panel and machinery equipment and backup unit exchange is made possible.
KDM Multi-Connector
Rectangular multi-connector series KDM has substantial reduction in mounting space in comparison with a model requiring many union joints for panels and partitions--this model needs only a small space. KDM is suitable for use with positive pressure and vacuum. It is possible to create a multi-connector with mixed fitting or tubing sizes.
KM Manifold Fittings
One-touch fitting manifold series KM has 6 different model options available. Male thread and female thread options available on certain models. Tube material includes nylon, soft nylon and polyurethane.
MQR Rotary Union
The low torque, metal seal, rotary joint series MQR makes it possible to supply air to rotating and sliding components. Rotational torque is unaffected by supply pressure and temperature fluctuations. The use of metal seals prevents the spool from sticking to the rotating surface even after a long period of non- operation. Piping ports are aligned in a spiral line for easy piping.
KRM Flame Resistant Manifold
Series KRM is a flame resistant, one-touch fittings manifold (equivalent to UL-94 standard V-0). Compact and manifold piping is possible. There are many varieties (8 different styles) available.
KB Module for Piping
Piping module series KB has made distribution easy utilizing one-touch fittings. A locking system makes the use of tools unnecessary for installation of one- touch fittings and makes piping more efficient. Universal construction allows for changes in air output direction after connections are completed.
