AC Servo Type Belt Drive Products
The AC servo version of the LEFB slider features an AC servo motor instead of a DC version. The AC servo motor enables higher speed and acceleration, as well as a size 40 model not available in a DC version. Optional drivers include pulse input and various communication protocols including Ethernet. Encoders range from 17 to 22-bit resolution, depending on motor selection.

The LEFB series uses a belt drive system instead of a ball screw, which allows for longer strokes (up to 3000mm) and higher speeds (up to 2000 mm/s). Powered by an AC servo motor, it offers a low-profile height and is protected by a flexible seal band to prevent contamination of the drive belt. While it has a lower positioning repeatability of ±0.06mm compared to ball screw models, its superior speed and stroke range make it the preferred choice for rapid transfer applications.

This motorless version of the LEFB belt-driven actuator allows for the integration of third-party AC servo motors while utilizing our high-speed belt drive mechanism. It supports strokes up to 3000mm and accelerations of up to 20,000 mm/s², providing a robust mechanical foundation for custom-motorized systems. This model is ideal for long-distance transport tasks where the user prefers to use their own proprietary or standardized motor and drive technology.
