JXC*H High Performance for Fieldbus - Incremental Encoder
JXC*H controllers pair with high performance 24VDC step motors. These motors achieve higher acceleration, work load, and maximum speed than standard electric actuators. The motors in this category include incremental encoders that will need to be re-homed after power loss. JXC*H controllers offer compatibility with several Ethernet fieldbus protocols. Actuator motors can be operated by calling a line of step data or by direct numerical instruction, each possible over the network. Futher fieldbus compatible functions include return to origin, alarm outputs and resets, parameter setup, status monitoring, and trial runs.

JXC*H controllers pair with the LEFS*F high performance slider with 24VDC step motors. These motors achieve higher acceleration, work load, and maximum speed than the standard LEFS. The motors in this category include incremental encoders that will need to be re-homed after power loss. Actuator motors can be operated by calling a line of step data or by direct numerical instruction, each possible over the network. JXC*H, High Performance for Fieldbus - Incremental Encoder, LEY*F
LEY*F is a high performance version of the standard rod actuator, suitable for push, pull, lift and press applications. Cycle time is dramatically reduced by a combination of higher maximum speed and acceleration/deceleration. Speed gains are 20-60% faster, depending on motor size, ballscrew pitch, and stroke. A new high performance step motor controller, the JXC*H, pairs with the LEY*F actuator. The machine's PLC can access the controller's operational and positional step data through several fieldbus protocols, IO-Link, or parallel I/O. Actuator dimensions and mounting are identical to the standard LEY, allowing an upgrade for existing equipment. I/O and actuator cables are also identical to the standard LEY.
