Operating pressures from low vacuum to 4,500 psig (310 bar) and a wide variety of manual and pneumatic actuation types, combined with a wide variety of connections, porting choices and monoblock configurations, AP Tech has the valve for high purity through ultra high purity specialty gas delivery.
AP3600, Diaphragm Valve, Manually Operated
Series AP is an ultra high purity (UHP) diaphragm valve for gas delivery in semiconductor and other clean industries. The series is available in air operated and manually operated valves with low and high pressures. Available options include Hastelloy® C22, 316L SS secondary remelt, and the choice of normally closed or normally open indicator switch.- Suitable for UHP gas supply line

AZ3600, Diaphragm Valve, Manually Operated
Series AZ3600 is a Manually Operated Diaphragm Valve for gas delivery in semiconductor and other clean industries. This series is available in manually operated and a pull twist knob with LOTO option.

The Series AK3600 Manually Operated Diaphram Valves are designed for use in a wide variety of applications, from semiconductor to general. Multiple port available in various configurations: compression, Rc, R, NPT.
