ZA Vacuum Generators
The ZA series is used in high-speed pick-and-place systems where payload weight is a constraint. Its compact and lightweight design allows it to be mounted onto the moving parts of a robotic arm instead of relying on a remote central unit. This localized mounting shortens the tubing distance to the suction pad, reduces pneumatic lag, and ensures fast vacuum response times. It's a drop-in replacement for existing automated lines when facilities don't want to upgrade to a newer series.
ZM Vacuum Generator
The ZM series is used when robust suction power is needed in an all-in-one generator. It integrates the suction filter, exhaust silencer, supply/break valves, and vacuum switch into one housing. Its dual-stage nozzle generates 40% more suction flow than traditional single-stage generators, making it effective for handling porous materials or workpieces that require a larger volume of air evacuation to secure a grip. It is sourced by manufacturers who need to repair older machines quickly and avoid redesigning the machine's pneumatic logic to accommodate modern, differently sized alternatives.
