2 Port Dust Collector, Pulse Valve
Dust collector reverse pulse jet valves are the filter cleaning components for baghouses (dust collection systems) for preventing dust explosions by removing particulates from the air. The JSXFA dust collector valve is engineered with a robust elastomer diaphragm that requires no spring to shift, enhancing its service life to 10 million plus cycles while producing faster response times and energy savings.
The JSXFA diaphragm valve will open and close rapidly to create a short, intense blast of air with sonic shock wave to dislodge accumulated dust from bag filters and cartridge filters without disrupting regular operations.
The JSXFA can be actuated by either solenoid or air operated pilot valves, available with enclosures.
2 Port Direct Solenoid Valve
The VX2 series is 2 port direct solenoid valve for general purpose air, medium vacuum and water. Available body materials include resin, aluminum, brass or stainless steel with port size up to 1/2 inch. Resin body is offered with one touch fitting to reduce installation time. It is also available as a manifold to reduce piping.
4 and 5 Port Solenoid Valves
SMC has improved product performance and reliability with the redesigned SY series valve. The SY3000 and SY5000 have the same valve width as their predecessors, but the flow has been increased by up to 80%, allowing the valve size to be reduced. A built-in strainer in the pilot valve prevents trouble caused by foreign matter. By using H-NBR seal material for the main valve and seals, Ozone resistance has been improved. Side, top and bottom port/pipe directions are available to allow flexible installation. The SY is available in body ported or base mounted styles, and can be used individually or manifold mounted.

CKQ Pin Clamp Cylinders
SMC's pin clamp cylinder series C(L)KQ series was designed with 4 body types for a broad range of installation conditions. There are 55 types of guide pins available and an optional locking mechanism. C(L)KQ series has positioning and clamping at one time. Precision adjustment of clamping height is possible by choosing the with-shim type. Adjustment range: 0.5 to 3mm.
MK Rotary Clamp Cylinder
SMC's MK-Z is a rotary clamp cylilnder that has a high allowable moment of inertia. The typical application for the MK-Z is to hold parts during a welding application. A short overall length means that the MK-Z series is versatile in mounting. Auto switches can be mounted on any of the 4 surfaces with no projection of the switch.
CKZ3N NAAMS Power Clamp
CKZ3N power clamp conforms to the NAAMS standard. The improved design reduced weight by up to 39% with aluminum body. The rounded cover design and release button with minimal protrusion, reduce weld spatter accumulation. The arm opening angle range from 15° to 135° and can be easily changed by replacing the stopper body. Available in 50 and 63 bore sizes.
CKZ3T Power Clamp
Power clamp cylinder series CKZ3T-X2734, was designed with metal switch cassette cover with reconfiguration for simple switch adjustment. Similar to the CKZ3T, the arm opening angle can be easily changed by replacing the stopper bolt.
CK-Z Clamp Cylinders
The CK1-Z series is a clamp cylinder available in two styles of clevis widths (16.5mm, 19.5mm). It is a non-lube, compact, lightweight cylinder with a built-in speed controller. The CK1-Z is available in 3 bore sizes with stroke lengths up to 150mm. Options include easy speed adjustments, rod attachments and auto switch capabilities.
WRF Frame Clamp Cylinders
The WRF100 with its high clamping force makes it suitable for a broad range of applications. Standardized T-type and S-type arms allows the selection to meet certain specifications or applications. Also, has an optional spatter protective cover with easy assembly even after the cylinder is installed.
CKZP Shot Pin Cylinder
Shot pin cylinder series CKZP is designed for both high precision and positioning repeatability. Also known as a locating pin cylinder, the configurations for the CKZP include bore sizes equivalent to 57mm and 71mm with strokes of either 25mm or 50mm. The proximity switch sensor and port thread type can also be selected. Widely used in automotive applications, the mounting is based on NAAMS standard (71mm bore)

CQ2 Standard Cylinders
The CQ2 weld spatter resistant compact cylinder is an option of the world's best selling pneumatic cylinder and can be supported globally. The CQ2-XC88/XC89/XC91 is available in 6 bore sizes from 32mm to 100mm. It comes standard with male or female piston rod threads. For mounting flexibility, it is possible to mount auto switches on any of the 4 surfaces.
CA2 Tie Rod Cylinders
The weld spatter resistant CA2-XC88/XC89/XC91 series is an option of the standard, light weight tie rod air cylinder. Fine end of stroke cushioning adjustment is now possible due to the increase in the air cushion adjustment range. The CA2 can be ordered with rod end or rear pivot brackets. A variety of auto switches are available for mounting, including compact switches and magnetic field resistant switches. The CA2 is available in 40, 50, 63, 80 and 100 bores sizes, and is RoHS compliant.
MB Tie Rod Cylinders
The weld spatter resistant MB-XC88/XC89/XC91 series is a light weight, medium duty tie rod cylinder. Available bore sizes range from 32mm to 100mm. The standard air cushion utilizes a floating cushion seal to eliminate piston rod bouncing.
MGP Guided Cylinders
The MGP-XC88/XC89/XC91 is designed for high side load applications found in material handling, lifting and stopping in welding environments. The cylinder utilizes an ultra-compact design by incorporating the cylinder body as part of the guide body.
MK2T Rotary Clamp Cylinders
Combining weld spatter resistance, compact cylinder size and rotational capability, the MK2T-XC88/XC89/XC91 cylinder is designed for heavy duty clamping applications, with an available integrated arm that swings out of the way when the cylinder is extended. 90deg. clockwise or counter clockwise rotation is available, and clamping arms with adjustment screw are standard options.
CKG1 Clamp Cylinders
The CKG1-XC88/XC89/XC91 series is a clamp cylinder available in two styles of clevis widths (16.5mm, 19.5mm). It is a non-lube, compact, lightweight cylinder with a built-in speed controller. Series MHM is a magnetic gripper that can be used in place of vacuum cups or grippers when holding a metallic workpiece. Auto switches can be mounted on 2 surfaces. Expanded mounting options include body tapped, lateral, and central.

Gas/Air Switching Valve
Service life can be extended by blowing the air to cool the tip after arc welding. This unit is an energy savings valve with a 0.5W power consumption. Designed to be space saving and compact.
PFM7 Digital Flow Switch
PFM7 is a digital flow sensor compatible with air, nitrogen, argon and carbon dioxide. This is a legacy sensor, refreshed in 2019 as PF2M7. The 3-digit LED display can be red or green, changing when a set point is reached. Either instantaneous or accumulated flow can be shown. Options include inline or bottom piping entry, cable connector type, a manual flow adjustment valve, and panel or bracket mounts. Two outputs are available, including two switch signals, or a switch and analog signal. PFM7 is IP40 rated, and C-UL-US and CE compliant. See PF2M7 if RoHS is required.
ISE20A Digital Pressure Switch
ISE20A is a digital pressure sensor with an informative, easy to read 3 screen, 3 color display. The main screen shows the instantaneous reading in red or green, while two sub-screens can display the setting label and its numeric value in orange. Compared to the ISE20, the ISE20A adds a 2nd switch output, as well as an analog voltage or current output. The switch output responds within 1.5ms once the set pressure value is reached. Response time can be adjusted to reduce chattering. ISE20A is UL/CSA, CE and RoHS compliant, with an IP40 enclosure rating.
ISE20C(H), Digital Pressure Sensor, 3 Screen 2 Output + Analog, IP65
ISE20C is a digital pressure sensor offering compatibility with both compressed air and non-corrosive liquids. Compared to the ISE20, the ISE20C adds a 2nd switch output, as well as analog voltage or current output. The ISE20CH offers a 2 MPa pressure range. The 3-screen, 3-color display shows the instantaneous reading in red or green, and the setting label and its numerical value in orange. The switch output responds within 1.5ms once the set pressure value is reached. ISE20C(H) is UL/CSA, CE and RoHS compliant, with an IP65 enclosure rating.
ISE70G, Digital High Pressure Sensor, 3 Screen 2 Output, IP67 with IO Link
The ISE70G pressure sensors provide continuous quantitative values, as well as switched digital outputs when pressure set points are met. Compatible fluids include any non-corrosive liquid or gas. 6 pressure ranges are offered up to 50 MPa. This sensor is also IO-Link compatible. Sensor information, such as identity, functional state, cable connection, and current or switch values can be set or monitored remotely through an IO-Link master, and connected to a fieldbus network. The ISE70G series is designed for abusive environments that may also include splashed coolant, lubricants, or grime. Electronics are packaged in a metal housing, while the piping connection is a stout lug with female threads, which together protect the sensor against accidental collisions with other objects in the area. A smooth display face with membrane type buttons avoids contamination from grit and sticky residue that could clog or jam raised rubber buttons. The display is angled and can rotate 336 degrees, to permit easy reading when indirectly mounted. The main screen shows instantaneous values in red or green, while the sub screen settings appear in orange. Switch indicators will also light when set points are reached.
PSE560, Remote Analog Pressure Sensor, General Purpose, IP65
PSE560 and 564 are remote pressure sensors with an analog V or mA signal output. PSE56* sensors measure pressure of any liquid or gas non-corrosive to 316L stainless steel. 560 is for a standard pneumatic system's pressure range, while the 564 model is for low pressure. An accuracy of ±1% of the full scale rated pressure range is suitable for general purpose applications. Includes a fixed cable with field wired connector option. PSE560 and PSE564 are UL/CSA, CE and RoHS compliant, with IP65 enclosure ratings.
PSE570, Remote Analog Pressure Sensor, Enhanced, IP65
PSE570 remote pressure sensors offer positive pressure ranges from 500 kPa to 10 MPa, with increased proof pressures and a higher withstand voltage for improved durability in unpredictable conditions. A nickel-plated C3604 brass port and ceramic sensor impart compatibility with a wide range of liquids and gases. An analog V or mA signal ouput is transmitted over a cable with an M12 connector. Accuracy is ±1% full scale for pressure below 1 MPa and ±2.5% for higher ranges. PSE570 sensors are CE and RoHS compliant, with an IP65 enclosure rating.
PSE300AC, Pressure Sensor Monitor, 3 Screen, 2 Outputs, IP65
PSE300AC is a remote sensor monitor with an informative, easy to read 3 screen 3 color display. While primarily suited for the PSE570 pressure sensor series, its range input function scales the analog output of any sensor with M12 connector. View the sensor's measured value on the main screen, while also viewing a variety of secondary data on the sub-screens. Upgraded features include front facing M12 power and sensor connections, low energy consumption, and selectable NPN/PNP outputs. PSE300AC is CE and RoHS compliant, with an IP65 enclosure rating.
PF3W7, Digital Flow Switch for Water, 3-Color Display, Integrated Display
PF3W is a digital flow sensor that constantly monitors water or coolant flow. PF3W refreshes the design and operating performance of the legacy PF2W model. The body is up to 40% smaller in volume, and requires shorter straight piping for improved installation flexibility. The upgraded 2-screen, 3-color numerical display rotates in both CW and CCW directions, offering improved visibility in a range of orientations. Two outputs are available, including two switch signals, or a switch and analog signal. Options include a mounting bracket, flow adjustment valve and temperature sensor to monitor flow and temperature simultaneously. PF3W is grease-free, IP65 rated, and C-UL-US, CE and RoHS compliant.
PF3W5, Digital Flow Switch for Water, Remote Sensor Type
PF3W is a digital flow sensor that constantly monitors water or coolant flow. PF3W refreshes the design and operating performance of the legacy PF2W model. This is the remote version of PF3W7, with a display. One or two analog outputs are available, depending on whether the optional temperature sensor is selected. Additional options include a mounting bracket, flow adjustment valve and M8 lead wire. PF3W is grease-free, IP65 rated, and C-UL-US, CE and RoHS compliant.
PF3W3, Digital Flow Monitor for Water
PF3W3 is a monitor with display for the PF3W5 remote flow sensors. The sensor and monitor can be located up to 3m apart using PF3W5's optional cable. View the sensor's measured value in the primary screen, while viewing a variety of secondary data in the sub-screens, including switch set point values, an accumulation quantity, or a peak or bottom value. Alternately, assign a text description for the sensor's line or location. Two outputs are available, including two switch signals, or a switch and analog signal. Choose between metric or Imperial display units. A panel mount adapter is also available, as well as connector options. PF3W3 is IP65 rated (front panel only), and C-UL-US, CE and RoHS compliant.
PF2D Flow Switch for Liquids
Measure flow rate of chemical lines accurately with flow switches designed to work with high purity chemicals, solutions and deionized water. The remote sensor function allows for four outputs to display from one device, reducing space, wiring and cost.
Series TRTU flame resistance three-layer tubing is suitable for air and water piping in environments where sparks from arc welders, etc., may be a problem. The three-layer design uses a flame resistant polyolefin (equivalent to UL-94 Standard V-0) for the outer area. The TRTU series is available in a variety of colors and sizes and is RoHS compliant.

AS-X737 One Touch Speed Controller
All metal exterior speed controller with one-touch fitting. The all metal exterior is excellent for harsh environments like welding. Optional spatter cover for the one-touch connection is available.
Wireless SI Unit
The EX600 serial interface offers a full suite of diagnostics and programmable parameters to meet the most stringent requirements. The EX600 offers excellent flexibility including digital input, digital output and analog input unit options. With the use of D-sub output blocks, a maximum of 9 remote D-sub manifolds can be attached to one EX600 communication module. This serial interface is compatible with series SV1000/2000/3000, VQC1000/2000/4000, S0700 and the new SY series valves. Available protocols include Ethernet/IP™, PROFINET. The EX600 wireless cannot be used in countries where wireless is not supported. Refer to the catalog for details of countries where wireless is supported.
Main Line Equipment
Main Line Filters
With coalescing filtration, SMC’s upstream main line filters remove contaminants as fine as 0.1 microns. Some filters can remove aerosol state oil mist, up to 0.01 microns for precise, clean, dry air for the most efficient use in pneumatic systems.
General Use Compact Chillers
HRS, HRS-R, HRSE compact recirculating chillers are designed to meet the widest range of single-point applications in both industrial and technology settings. The package design is robust enough for the factory, yet ergonomic and compact for lab installations. Coolant can be either heated or cooled within the set temperature range. Choose from eight cooling capacities, air or water cooled refrigerant, and global power supply options.
High Efficiency Chillers
HRSH recirculating chillers offer a cooling capacity range of 10 to 28 kW. Coolant and refrigeration circuits are included in a compact package. Extracted heat can be air or water cooled. An inverter provides demand-based rotation control for the compressor, pump, and fan (air cooled model), offering substantial energy savings. Electric options ensure global power supply compatibility.
Large Capacity Chillers
HRS high capacity standard chillers offer cooling capacities of 9, 10, 15, and 20.5 kW. Coolant and refrigeration circuits are included in a compact package. Extracted heat can be air or water cooled. Set temperatures are PID controlled, while the system is monitored for 42 alarms. Additional features include a heating function, serial communication, and IPX4 ingress rating for outdoor installation.
Rack Mount Chillers
HECR and HRR are temperature control devices mountable in a 19-inch rack. HECR uses a refrigerant-free Peltier device for high precision regulation. The HRR offers greater heat capacity using a refrigeration circuit. Both coolant circuit technologies can be air or water-cooled. Rack mounts recover desktop or floor space, permit stacking of related devices, and are mobile. These chillers meet CE and UL standards and include power supplies with global compatibility.
