Chemical and Fluid Process Valves and Pumps
LVM 2 and 3 Port Chemical Valve
Solenoid valve is designed for special applications like air, gas, steam, water and oil. The VXK includes a Y type strainer installed inside the body to remove foreign materials mixed in fluids before they enter the actuating part of the valve (armature), as well as preventing the flow of foreign materials to downstream equipment. The VXH is high pressure capable of a maximum operating pressure is 2.0 MPa.
VX2 2 Port Solenoid Valve
The VX2 series is 2 port direct solenoid valve for general purpose air, medium vacuum and water. Available body materials include resin, aluminum, brass or stainless steel with port size up to 1/2 inch. Resin body is offered with one touch fitting to reduce installation time. It is also available as a manifold to reduce piping.
VDW 2 Port Solenoid Valve
The VDW series is a compact direct operated 2/3 port solenoid valve for air, water and medium vacuum. Available body materials include resin, brass or stainless steel. Resin body is offered with one touch fitting to reduce installation time. It is suitable for applications that requires a small footprint and flow of less than Cv of 0.30.
VNB 2 Port Flow Control Valve
The VNB series is a 2 port process valve for a wide variety of fluids including air, water, oil, gas and vacuum. Body material options include copper alloy, aluminum and stainless steel. Available as external pilot solenoid or air operated.
LSP Liquid Dispense Pump
LSP series is a compact solenoid diaphragm pump for liquid. It dispenses fixed amount of liquid from 5uL to 200uL each time it is energized. Its diaphragm movement is supported by buffer, extending life of the product and improve its repeatability (+/- 1%) by restricting deformation of the diaphragm. LSP is used in applications such as medical analyzer, ink jet printing or semiconductor/solar cell production.
LER Rotary Type
The LER rotary electric actuators feature a rotating worktable positioned above an enclosure for the motor and drivetrain. Three different motor/table sizes are available, with each size offering a basic and high torque variation. Additionally, each size offers four rotating angle options, including 90°, 180°, 310 / 320°, and continuously rotating.
LEY Rod Type
The LEY rod type electric actuator has a familiar rod cylinder form suitable for push, pull, lift and press applications. The 24VDC motor can be reverse mounted for compact length, or inline mounted for compact height. The LEY series offers a wide variety of actuator mounting options as well, including numerous direct and bracket styles.
LEFS Slider Type
The rodless LEFS slider is an electric actuator with a load mounting platform situated above a ball screw drive. A flexible seal band permits platform travel while preventing foreign matter from entering the drive. Slider advantages include a low profile height, shorter length than a rod with equivalent stroke, and better positioning repeatability than a belt driven slider. This version includes a 24VDC motor with a battery-less absolute encoder. This encoder allows the actuator to be powered down without losing its positional awareness. The machine's PLC can access the controller's operational and positional step data through several fieldbus protocols, IO-Link, or parallel I/O.
LEH Electric Grippers
SMC electric gripper series includes three series (LEHZ, LEHZJ and LEHF) fitted with two fingers. LEHS is available with three fingers. Dust covers, low profile fingers and long stroke options are some of the series options. The 3 finger type is ideal for holding round work pieces. Benefits of electric grippers include adjustable gripping forces, a drop prevention function, and capability for recognizing different dimensions and outputting length measurements.
Directional Control Valves
S070 3 Port Ultra Compact Valve
Series S070 is a super compact direct acting 2/3 port solenoid valve that meets the miniaturization needs of analyzers, medical equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. S070 is extremely lightweight (5g for valve single unit type) and operation noise is 38dB(A) or less. It is easy to increase or decrease the number of stations (stacking base). Valve width is 7mm.
VV061 Unit Manifold Valve
The VV061 series is a direct operated 3-way solenoid valve designed for 4 and 8 station units with integrated compact manifold, valve, circuit board, base and fittings forming a single compact unit. VV061 series model has an optional power saving circuit that can be used for long-term continuous duty. This unit is available with one-touch or barb fitting and an optional connector cable with lengths of 300, 600, or 1000mm.
V100 3 Port Lightweight Valve
Customers looking for a compact, light-weight, high flow valve for piloting process valves or actuator applications, need search no longer. SMC's series V100 is one of the most advanced solenoid valves in today’s market. The standard V100 uses only 0.35w, which is 76% less than comparable valves. The low power model uses only 0.1w, reflecting dramatic savings of up to 93% compared to existing products. Weighing in at a mere 12g, with flow rates between 8.4 and 24 l/minute, it’s the perfect solution when space, performance, and component weight is critical.
PVQ Compact Proportional Valve
PVQ series, compact proportional solenoid valve, was designed by SMC with a direct poppet construction. This construction enables low leakage, while de-energized. PVQ series has been used in applications such as air blow, flow control, hand piece control for dental unit and other respiratory equipment, as well as, cooling for laser machinery etc.
SY Solenoid Valves - 4 and 5 Port
SMC has improved product performance and reliability with the redesigned SY series valve. The SY3000 and SY5000 have the same valve width as their predecessors, but the flow has been increased by up to 80%, allowing the valve size to be reduced. A built-in strainer in the pilot valve prevents trouble caused by foreign matter. By using H-NBR seal material for the main valve and seals, Ozone resistance has been improved. Side, top and bottom port/pipe directions are available to allow flexible installation. The SY is available in body ported or base mounted styles, and can be used individually or manifold mounted.
JSY Compact Solenoid Valves - 4 and 5 Port
JSY series is a 5-port directional control valve targeted for the robotic arms and end of arm tools. It has compact and lightweight design while improving its flow characteristics. JSY series is available as plug-in and non plug-in types. There are 3 valve body sizes available for JSY series, JSY1000 (6.4mm), JSY3000 (10mm) and JSY5000 (15mm). JSY1000 is the world's smallest width 5 port valve with body width of 6.4mm. JSY plug-in type is compatible with fieldbus and ethernet communication module such as EX600 and EX260.

Air Flow Sensors
Air flow sensors provide instantaneous flow information for the compressed air supply of your applications. Sensors may have integrated displays, or remote units with separate ouput monitors. Displays may be mult-line and multi-color, offering more information with better visibility. Digital and analog outputs characterize operational conditions in useful ways. Features include multiple flow ranges, enclosure ratings up to IP65, and IO-Link capability.
Liquid Flow Sensors
Liquid flow devices include instantaneous flow sensors, mechanical flow switches giving an ouput signal at a set point, and a flow controller for supply stability. Sensors within the collection are optimized for a variety of conditions, including compatibility with water, coolant, or chemicals; detection method; space constraints; and manifold configuration. General Use Compact Chillers
HRS, HRS-R, HRSE compact recirculating chillers are designed to meet the widest range of single-point applications in both industrial and technology settings. The package design is robust enough for the factory, yet ergonomic and compact for lab installations. Coolant can be either heated or cooled within the set temperature range. Choose from eight cooling capacities, air or water cooled refrigerant, and global power supply options.
Rack Mount Chillers
The Rack Mount Chillers are a temperature control device mountable in a 19-inch rack. Rack mounting recovers desktop or floor space, permitting stacking of related devices and mobility, depending on the rack style. Recirculating fluid removes heat from the process source. The heat is then removed from the fluid by an air or water-cooled refrigeration circuit. Coolant temperature stability is ±0.1°C within a set temperature range of 10 to 35°C.
HEC and INR recirculating chillers satisfy low capacity temperature control demand in the range of 140 to 1200 watts. A refrigerant-free, thermoelectric peltier element controls temperature from 10.0 to 60.0°C, with precision of ±0.01°C under stable load conditions. Extracted heat can be air or water cooled. 15 alarms support functional troubleshooting, and can be observed on the LCD display or over serial communication. Low noise and vibration, compact dimensions and flexible power requirements are suitable for laboratory benchtop service.
KKA Quick Connect Couplers
S coupler series KK employs a unique connection method. A slim body design and large effective area are achieved with a construction that does not use steel balls or valve springs and therefore does not restrict the flow path. Together with a reduction of the body size, pressing parts and resin parts are used to achieve an overall weight reduction.
Air Preparation Equipment
Membrane Air Dryers
Membrane air dryer series IDG is available in a single unit or combination unit style. IDG/M models combine a mist separator and micro mist separator with a single unit. IDG/V models combine a regulator with the IDG/M model. Options available include one-touch fitting exhaust of purge air. If purged air is not exhausted around membrane air dryer, air is exhausted with tubing away from its dryer.
Modular FRL Units
The AC-D series of modular F.R.L. brings a modern appearance to SMC's line of air preparation equipment while maintaining the high performance of our other series. The maximum set pressure of the AC-D is 125 psi allowing use in a broad range of applications. Most of the features of the AC-A and -B have been incorporated into the AC-D - transparent bowl guards for full visibility; embedded gauges and pressure switches; reduced maintenance space and simplified element change on AF-D series filters. The AC-D is currently available in three body sizes with more to come in the near future.
Unlike bar or nozzle types, this fan ionizer does not require a pneumatic air supply. The fan draws in ambient air, then ionizes the air with four electrodes located around the perimeter of the discharge grill. The fan can be wired into a 24VDC machine power supply, or use the optional 120V AC adapter. The small form factor adapts well to enclosure mounting, or select the benchtop mounting bracket for free positioning.
By neutralizing static electricity, our bar style Ionizer prevents damage to work pieces caused by sticking. Static charge removal time can be reduced with an optional sensor that directly senses charge allowing the removal of static electricity at high speed (0.3s) by generating the appropriate ion polarity. Needle cartridges can be replaced quickly to reduce down time. The IZS bar style Ionizer is available in various lengths to meet the specific needs of your work area.
